My garage door had come off the rails on Saturday and was hanging. I called OH Door in Longview first thing Monday morning...they were there within 3 hours and had me fixed. Donnie, the miracle fixer, called before he came and then when he left to let me know what he had done. Even explained to me how to take better care of the springs, rollers, and rails. Supper nice folks. Great work for a low fee I was happy to pay.
The problem is not the doors. It is their business practices. This is the second door i have ordered from them. I have always paid the bill on time. For some reason , they took my payment but didn't charge my card and their was a mixup. I was trying to communicate with them, but i was received messages from three different people, Amanda, Tabitha and john. One said i owed $1610, another said i owed $805. We appreciate the opportunity to address this complaint. First I need to point out that the letter we sent did not come from a lawyer. It is a form letter that we use to let the customer know there is a past due balance. It is signed by myself, or one of our 2 managers. We use this procedure on all past due accounts, and .although we aren't perfect, it works well. It only states that we can file a lien if the past due amount is not paid. Salesman, John and technicians, Jeff and Arneas, were great...on time, experienced, answered my questions. Would highly recommend!
I want to thank the two men who came out and installed two overhead doors in my new house. They we both very curtious, very professional, good workers and did not mind me asking questions.
