Wow... great service! They got out to my home the next day to evaluate and came back two days later to install and get my door back up and running. 5 stars for Bruce, the repairman, he knew his stuff and worked fast and efficiently. They are in my address book for any trouble I might have in the future!
Left a voicemail over the weekend,.Barry promptly returned my call Monday morning around 730am, super cordial, organized, and said will have Ron dispatched, Ron was very timely, thorough, and completed repairs in under an hour. Checked and lubricated door rails, spring, and guide wheels. Replaced the entire track/spring assy, and had up/down points perfectly set! Wonderful service and would recommend in a heartbeat! JJ took care of us very well. Was able to answer questions and assist us figuring out the part that we needed for a big warehouse door. Our facility is located in rural Nebraska far from Lincoln and JJ even took the part to another location in Lincoln to help catch a ride for our part back to Valentine without needing to ship it. Service beyond the part sale!
