JJ took care of us very well. Was able to answer questions and assist us figuring out the part that we needed for a big warehouse door. Our facility is located in rural Nebraska far from Lincoln and JJ even took the part to another location in Lincoln to help catch a ride for our part back to Valentine without needing to ship it. Service beyond the part sale!

Timely response to my need for help on an overhead door opener repair. Barry, the technician, was friendly and efficient. He gave me tips on how to maintain the door going forward. I was quite satisfied.
Called Barry at Overhead Door early on a Friday morning, had a broken garage door, figured there was no way they could get to it the same day. Barry found a way to squeeze me into the schedule, and had Bruce out later in the day. Was very pleased with the service and the price, and to watch Bruce work his magic on the door was a thing of beauty. Great job!!
Fast! And reasonably price. Had issues with garage door opener sensors. They arrived at time of scheduled. The tech took less than 30 min to replace both sensors, clean and adjust the track, and tested the workings. Will absolutely use and recommend their business in the future. As of today.
