Product is good. But customer service is horrible. Took 3 calls to find out where my door was. First time I called it just arrived and they would have someone call to set an appointment. Call never happened. Called the next day they said they would have someone call me. No call. Third day finally got ahold of the person that does the scheduling and he told me the door just arrived in Springfield. ????? 3 days ago it was in Joplin. So to the day it was installed. I scheduled my appointment online for first thing Monday morning. The repair man called at 8:30 to tell me he would be here in 15minutes or so. He arrived within 15 minutes . He was courteous and professional. Highly recommend!!
