We have had serious issues with our overhead door since we bought our home 2 years ago. Finally, the door won the last battle. We called in the troops, Overhead Door Company. The came out 1 week ago gave us an estimate and vowed to work us in there schedule. Being that they've had a delayed start this year, we're good with that. They called 3 days later and scheduled an install date. 4 days later we have our door. Thank you so much for the Quality work and service. Kevin & Patty in Cedar Springs.
What a great experience from start to finish! Their service was promt; they were at our house replacing a broken spring on our garage door within 24 hours of me calling. They arrived on time and finished the job quickly. I highly recommend Overhead Door!
Security Overhead Door put in our garage door years ago and I had an issue with my door today. I had to leave a message and continued on looking. I had found another company that responded quicker. Security Overhead Door called back and left a vm with their phone #. I totally forgot to call back and tell them I had found another company. I worked at Overhead Door many many years ago as a college student for almost three years and worked in customer service and dispatch. The owner Is a stand up man who cares about his customers, employees, and the community. 15 or so years later many of the same people still work for this business which means you get experienced professionals that service your home or business. They (Keith) give out customer info to others. Not sure how they get away with giving out my address so other customers can look at a door they installed. The couple that came to my door was not happy with the installation and wanted to compare with other doors in the area. When I told Keith he should have a showroom for that, he said they do but has given out other addresses when people ask to see an installed product. Not at all happy.
What a great company James the service tech they sent to my home was very pleasant to work with and he conducted himself in a very professional manner
