Company was very quick to service our door after calling and making an appointment. Showed up on time, explained my options and prices thoroughly and finished in a very quick manner. I am very pleased with the services provided and would recommend them to anyone in need of repairs or installation. Thank you Overhead Door.
Had a door repaired last wk in Nov. wanted to pay that day but service man called into shop for total and was told they would bill us via mail. We received no bill until End of January WITH A LATE CHARGE OF $23.00 stating bill was due Nov.27....HELLO sooo they do not send you bill in a timely fashion then ding you for late charge....I’d say the company has gone down hill in customer satisfaction...tho the service man was a good guy.
