Just got a new garage door. Tech named Matt was knowledgeable and personable. Highly recommend this company.
Highly recommend this company! My coworker referred me. I needed an alignment and cable replacement on one of my garage doors. A different company inspected it and quoted me over TRIPLE what Overhead Door did the work for (this other tech was trying to tell me I needed things replaced that were not necessary). Teach your drivers that they are not the only ones on the road. Got a nice video of one of them today that thought cuase he was turning in the right lane he could cross right over to the left since he had to turn left by lowes. Then got pissed at me cause he almost hit me. I've had help from you all in the past and had no problem there but this guy is truly a piece of work. In a company vehicle.
This group is great. Very easy to work with, knowledgable people throughout from scheduling, to the service tech. Proffesional and efficient. Tech showed up on time, knew exactly what he was doing as he replaced the bottom sweep and weather stripping, then readjusted the track for smoother operation. Once complete he lubricated everything. ops checked and was on his way. All accomplished in 40 minutes, with a smile. Door functions like new. My new "Go to. guys" for garage doors.
There is something seriously wrong with the employees of this company! From the technicians, to middle management all the way up to the owners. They all seem to be raging with anger issues. Our company has dealt with this company on three different occasions and all three occasions the individuals who work here and operate. This business have been extremely angry unstable and have yelled and screamed at our employees.
