I'm writing this a few years after the fact. the quoting, install and over all product turned out great. everything was fine. the reason for the review is because of the customer service after the fact outside of the warrantee. I called the other day because the door had recently free fell about 5' after binding up on the track. not sure how but the door got out of alignment and started rubbing one of the roller brackets and it was enough to hold it in place long enough for it to unspool the cable then release and fall. all ... read more
I have a fleet of aging trucks with roll up door and one of our trucks had a spring break on us. I was able to drive the vehicle to them right away and give me a quote on the spot, and we were able to schedule the work a couple days later. They even fixed the issue while i waited, under an hour from start to finish. I have worked with a previous company and Overhead's pricing, customer service was light years better! I won't go anywhere else moving forward.
I have used them 3 separate times and every single time - on time, excellent service by their repairmen & great helpful friendly communication with all their employees. I can't recommend this fantastic company enough.

I'm very happy with my new garage door opener from Overheard Door Company of Everett. Matt was on-time, personable, and he didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. From the installation it is obvious that Matt is master of his craft. He also configured my garage door to open higher so I can now utilize the entire 8-foot height of my garage opening. This is my second time using OHD Company of Everett (the first time was for a broken spring) and they've done great work both times and their prices are very reasonable.... read more
