prompt, came on a Sunday and didn't charge a premium, had all the parts in the service van to fix it immediately.
Very professional and customer service is outstanding. Technician Anthony was very knowledgeable and courteous explain everything to me in a way that I can understand.
Installer did a great job but too expensive.
The belt on our garage door opener started making a noise. We called Overhead Door for service. Explained to the lady what was happening and she scheduled us for a service the same day. Service text’s was name Chad. He was very professional and polite. Installed a new belt and the door was back in operation within an hour. I recommend Overhead Door Company for any garage door needs.
