I had talked with Overhead Door at The Home and Garden show. It was a great team there representing the company. I spoke with one of the sales people and explained an issue I was having with my garage door. He told me what could be wrong and things I could do to try and help the situation. We just had our garage door opener replaced. The service man was on time, friendly, explained what needed to be done and how he would proceed. Couldn't be more satisfied with his work!
