When a spring broke on my vacation rental's garage door (2 hours away from where I live) I called Overhead Door in Boise and they went out the next Monday (though they contacted me back right away even though it was after hours on a Saturday night) because it was significantly cheaper wait a bit. The whole thing was taken care for a really good price, and with friendly communication throughout.
We unfortunately had a very negative experience with customer service with Overhead Door Company of Southwest Idaho. In November, we had a power outage so our operator obviously wouldn't operate. When we went to pull the emergency release, it absolutely would not budge. After multiple tries and a force in which we could see the metal bracket beginning to bend, my husband had to actually disassemble the arm connecting the door to the operator in order for us to be able to g...Continue Reading
