Quentin and Chris from Overhead Door Company in Mankato, MN just left. We had them out to look at a Chamberlain opener that wasn’t working right. (20 years old, but only used maybe 1X weekly). Quentin fixed the issue (misaligned safety “eye”) w/o hesitation. He explained what was wrong, he was doing, and gave us a lesson on “Overhead Door Maintenance 101,” while he was here. The guy behind the counter sitting at the desk was Super rude. Lied and swore at me. Very aggressive.
Couldn’t be happier with the service I received from the Overhead Door Company of Mankato. When the torsion spring on my garage door snapped unexpectedly, I was worried about how long it would take to get it repaired. Fortunately, they were able to come out very quickly, which was such a relief. The technician was prompt, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable.
