Beware of this business! The service technician does not give you an itemized bill when he has completed the work requested! Insist on one before you pay your bill! We called to set up an appointment and were told there was a $16.95 trip charge and a hourly rate of $103.00. We were never told that they charge you for the time to come to your house and the time to get to their next appointment after leaving your house. Your employees needs to be mindful and not block someone else's driveway when they are doing a job. Truck #41 was replacing my neighbors garage door, (22 Ferrarri Circle) and one of the trucks was blocking my driveway. The incident was at Clubhouse Manor, Martinsburg, WV on Friday, 12/1.( My address is 16 Ferrarri Circle. )
HAGERSTOWN DOOR GUARANTEE!! One of the cables on our garage door tangled; we were HOPING it was under warranty. We called and Miss Kathryn, and she returned our call on the same day. Within 2 days, Mr. Dale came and replaced the cable (still under warranty), and was finished in under 30 minutes!!! He was very friendly and professional!!
Bad experience, not going back.
