RecommendedFast service once I emailed them. Broken spring repaired that day. Can not recommend their phone message service or fb messenger but email did it.
Two weeks ago our garage door broke. Cable snapped on one side and bound up on the other. Causing the door to twist, bend and come off the track. We looked at the big box stores and priced insulated doors. I then decided to call Overhead Door of Lycoming County. We were able to buy a nicer door, with a higher R value, and have it delivered and installed for less than the cost of just the door at the big box stores. Today it was installed. My garage door came off the track and was stuck in a halfway position. Overhead Door had the door stabilized and closed in less than an hour, and will come back to replace the track which was bent. The technicians were polite, thorough in explaining what the problem was, and advised on safety issues and how to prevent the problem from occurring again. I highly recommend Overhead Door Company of Norfolk and will definitely call them with any future garage door problems.
Always excellent service & on time. The $49.00 service was a good deal.
