I cannot express enough how wonderful the customer service has been for me at Jackson Overhead Door! I have had wireless remote opener difficulties twice now since my installation over 2 years ago and they don't blink an eye, make excuses or give you the run around... simple made me an appointment to get it fixed within 2 days! I wish more business's took care of their customers like this one. Recommend AAA+++
We've had a garage door motor replaced, and both door springs. They did a fantastic job both times. We highly recommend.

Please so FFR. $149 for putting lubrication on some hinges. Ridiculous.
Richard just replaced our old garage door opener with a new Genie and it is super quiet. He did a great job and the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.
