Richard called before he arrived. He figured out the problem very quickly and made the repair. Good service and reasonable priced!
I can't say enough about Richard. His professionalism and expertise are exceptional. He explained exactly what the problem was and was able to repair my door in less than 15 minutes......highly recommend
The technician called before arriving and he arrived promptly as promised. He was very congenial while on the job. He had brought a Genie door motor even though I had told the person answering the phone that I had a Chamberlin motor. Evidently a communication error. I did allow the technician to install the Genie motor. I now have two remotes in my vehicle. I am pleased as to how quiet the Genie motor operates.
