I just had the unfortunate experience of having our garage door spring break. It took a couple of days for Overhead Door to fit us in their schedule. I thought that the technician would need to see which parts were needed to make the repair and then order them. Well, he had all the parts he needed on his truck and had our door repaired within about an hour! Wow! I was very impressed!
