Co-owner spent 20 minutes on phone with me for free explaining the process and explaining options. 5 Star sent AJ out NEXT DAY and AJ was skillful and kind. Our existing garage runs quieter and the new opener works great! RECOMMEND!

I called 5 Star because of the great reviews I've seen on social media. They did not disappoint. I thought I needed both doors replaced but they assured me I only needed one replaced and a quick fix on both motors. The scheduling agent was very friendly. Very knowledgeable on the phone explaining what was most likely wrong and how much it would be, was able to be flexible to work with my schedule and AJ was in and out in less than and hour replacing our gear kit! Highly recommend.

I called 5 Star yesterday to have a new lock installed on our garage door. The technician, AJ, was friendly and knowledgeable of his craft and brought all of the correct parts with him. The price was less than I expected and I'm very pleased.

A month ago he adjusted my 23-year-old door to work like new again and didn't cost an arm and a leg. This week I managed to hit the door with a uhaul truck and bent it way in.I thought for sure we would have to replace panels and it would cost a fortune. He was able to get out later the same day and fix it up without replacing a single part. Just a one hour service fee. He's a good honest man running an excellent business!
