My husband and I called this evening to get a tech set up to come out to fix our Chamberlain garage door that wouldn't open. After talking to Troy on the phone, he said we probably need to reprogram. After some youtubing, we fixed ourselves and was able to save some money. VERY friendly and knowledgeable people. Highly recommend!

5 stars I contacted Troy last week for a repair I needed to our garage door and for information on some new garage door openers. After a few questions over the phone he knew exactly what was wrong with our door. He was completing a job nearby and asked if we were home that day because he would be able to come by that same day to repair ours! Very pleased with or service and would highly recommend. 5 Star is absolutely correct!!! I recently bought a home that the investors that had remodeled and sold me the home had installed one of the garage doors incorrectly causing it to break with the first use. Troy and his team came out and assessed fixing the problem. I ended up deciding to replace that door and both doors systems since they were from early 1990’s and ran rough. We had issues with our garage door getting stuck during cold weather ever since we bought out home. We finally had enough with the problem and called 5 Star. From the moment I called, everyone was extremely friendly. They got me on the schedule. They showed up when they said they would and they fixed everything! Additionally, AJ (our technician) educated me on the problem and helped point our some addition solutions if I run into this problem again. I now exactly who to recommend with anything regarding garage door services.
