Food was delicious and the staff energetic and so nice! A great place to go for breakfast or lunch!
This small and perennially packed cafe puts out some of the most innovative brunch items around. The menu usually features 4-6 specials plus the usual marvelous dishes. This weekend I had boka Benedict, which was two poached eggs on top of carrot purée and pistachio pesto, topped with mornay sauce. My husband’s enchiladas and eggs were to die for. Service is excellent, all the way down to the smiling busboys and the friendly, hard working chefs who can see you as you wait for the bathrooms. I wish they’d open a bigger place.... read more
Excellent food! Excellent service! My husband, daughter and I have always � Over Easy Cafe since our very first visit (3 or 4 years ago). The Banana Spiked and Candy Apple French Toasts are to die for!!!
Delicious breakfast. Never felt so rushed by a waitress & hostess. Will not be returning.
I love this place, you can tell they are passionate about each item on the menu when they explain them, there will be a wait but the excellent service makes up for it, I have not tried anything I have not loved on the menu but my favorite is nueva mexicana omelette my husband’s favorite is the sassy eggs, I love the tea they serve always opting for the green organic tea and my husband loves the intelligencia coffee, one of my favorite brunch places in Lincoln Square
