Simply the best. Sassy eggs can't be topped by anything (other than their amazing guac). I quite literally moved in the area for a year to be near this deliciousness.
Disappointed they would not do any substitutions. But, the food and service was very good. I would like to see them expand their very small vegan/vegetarian selection to a decent size.
