Derrik is not honest and trustworthy. He will not keep his words. He installed my garage door and so far it is good. While installing the garage door, he agreed to placing an ad for his company in the magazine that our community publishes. As per his request we published the ad but he is not paying for the ad. All my calls are not answered. My text messages are not replied. If he doesn't keep his words I have concerns with his warranty on his work.
I really love barn style doubles doors it makes the design massive.like you living up in New Albany somewhere you understand nice work bruh.
I will recommend Over and Above to all my friends and family. They arrive on time. The technician is polite and courteous. They get finished with the job in a timely manner. The prices are better than their competitors. They provide excellent professional service.
Best Garage door experience ever.
I was told my door would be in on Dec. 16th 2013 and if it was delayed he would call. I did not receive a call so (my fault) I assumed he would be here on the 16th to install it. So I called and he rescheduled and missed that appt. also. So I called and he rescheduled and called me two hours after he was supposed to be here and rescheduled. THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF MY PARENTS, WHO ARE SENIORS. THEY INSTALLED INSULATION TO A DOOR WITH CHEAP, NON-APPROVED STRYAFOAM. IT WAS NOT WHAT THE MANUFACTURER APPROVES. IT RUINED OUR DOOR. THEY ADMITTED TO INSTALLING A NON-CLOPAY BRAND, BUT WILL NOT REMEDY THE SITUATION. THEY WERE HAPPY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF 2 SENIORS. RUN FROM THIS GUY. GET A PROVEN GARAGE DOOR COMPANY. THIS COMPANY IS NOT ON ANGIE'S LIST FOR A REASON.
