Tech was personable and my Kitchenaid wall oven was fixed in no time. He replaced the thermostat and the price I was charged was very reasonable. Customer service overall was first class. I will recommend!
It’s very easy to set time and date. Tech arrived on time and quickly fixed my bosch wall oven. He kept me informed throughout the process and result of his repair was amazing! I highly recommend!
I really wish I could give 0 stars. Terrible customer service and an unacceptable repair job. They did NOT repair my washing machine, but were quick to take my (roughly) $400 payment. I was told I would be issued a refund by the technician, which I have not received. I have contacted the company and technician several times. I was advised repeatedly that I would get a call back. I love how professional this company was the appointment was scheduled promptly fixed my oven in less than 30 minutes and gave me advice on how to avoid future problems to save me some money. Jst perfect service
