NOTE: I did not test drive or buy the car. BUT, Mike D. responded promptly via CarGurus. I called and spoke with him for about 5 minutes. He answered all my questions about the car and appeared forthright and I believed he was someone I could do business with. However, I ended up buying a different car closer to home.
Dealer followed up but I didn’t purchase with them.

This vehicle was pictured very well. Sadly after driving there with money in hand to purchase, the vehicle did not come as pictured nor was there any place in the description that indicated it was optional to have the lights and cargo rack (as pictured), which would add substantially to the cost. The man is likable enough BUT his advertisements should note that the way it is pictured will cost extra! The reply was that I was supposed to call him. However, I would much rather have had him email me with particulars. Also, I asked about shipping the car to Albuquerque, but I got no response.
The dealer contacted me and let me know I could stop by, schedule an appointment, or call anytime about the Volvo,which is my dream car.
Mike, was helpful, low pressure salesman. He showed you the car and was willing to deal with you.
they just sent a e mail with a salesman's name and phone number and stated the car was still for sale
Though I did not get back in touch with them (found a better deal elsewhere), I'd like to commend them on their lightening fast initial response.
