Ovation Hospice provided a mixed experience for our family. Nurse Marcie was truly wonderful—compassionate, attentive, and steady throughout. Aide Christi was also exceptional and brought so much kindness and care. Unfortunately, the rest of the team felt distant. The social worker and chaplain had minimal involvement, offering only a few calls each and even missing an appointment without any explanation by the social worker.
