Wanted to tank Brad for having us. Wat a treat this visit was! My first time listening to Klipsch Heritage speakers but Brad kinda "ruined it for me" since he started me out with the big boy Jubilees lol. We listened to the Cornwalls and rf7s after but of course nothing compared to the "I need to sell my kidneys" priced Jubilees. Five years ago, we purchased a Klipsch subwoofer and ceiling speakers from this Ovation. Granted this is not their highest end product. Five years goes by and subwoofer is out. Klipsh does not have any warranty past one year on electrical parts. A few weeks ago, I called and asked what to do about the subwoofer and basically gave me someone in Lebanon that you have to take your subwoofer to and was really not sympathetic and a little rude.
