Five years ago, we purchased a Klipsch subwoofer and ceiling speakers from this Ovation. Granted this is not their highest end product. Five years goes by and subwoofer is out. Klipsh does not have any warranty past one year on electrical parts. A few weeks ago, I called and asked what to do about the subwoofer and basically gave me someone in Lebanon that you have to take your subwoofer to and was really not sympathetic and a little rude. Amazing place for audiophiles!!
This is going to sound hilarious but we didn’t even buy anything from Ovation. We came in with questions about an audio setup and had our equipment to show and get some assistance. Chris walked up and absolutely blew us away with his expertise. He helped us get on the right track and without his help we’d probably still be confused on what audio cables to purchase to make our system work. Don’t tell anyone but he didn’t even charge us a consulting fee! Haha.
