May 5 2026 edit: I have been here since Oct 2021 first on the siding (office side) then moved to the brick side oct 2025. I have been here before the current owner and when they brought Beverly on in the office things definitely got better me and previous manager didn’t see eye to eye and I tried avoiding her like the plague. I have lived at this complex for three years with my boyfriend. He has handled all of the issues we have had so far because I’m a bit more outspoken than him. But I feel people need to know about what’s going on. We have had countless issues throughout our time here. Firstly, we moved from a two bedroom unit to a one bedroom unit. Lived here for 3 years. The building was great and repair people were super awesome. Only problems were just having a hard time communicating with office staff about some things over the years. But overall a great place to live! Would 10/10 recommend!!
