Bit of a mixed review. The apartment and living situation itself has been amazing. Nothing fancy and not the newest, but still very comfortable apartments with everything you need. Valet trash service, & internet + cable (and a few streaming services) included in your total rent price already which is great! The neighborhood is beautiful and very quiet, and I really don’t have any complaints about the area itself. The biggest issue has been my apartment. I have tried calling the office multiple times, but the phone goes straight to voicemail. Whenever I go into the office, there is usually only one person working. Ms. Beverly is very nice, but I rarely see her outside of the office. The bats at night have also become a serious problem. On top of that, I have been without working A/C for two months. I have been falsely heard many times by these people, I’m done with this and I’m sharing. Ants, leaky pipes, shotty electrical, loose outlets, uneven floors, nails sticking out of the floor, loose doorknobs that need to be tightened weekly, lead paint, cracks in the walls, trash everywhere, mold, poor fan ventilation, cheap counters that crack and peel & dry rotting cabinets that just get a simple paint job to look nice. As of may I went and I talked with Mrs Beverly she very pleasant she got my info.
