Im having multiple different situations of unfixed and unresolved issues when it comes to the maintenance of my apartment. My drains are unclogged and overfloading into my home, ive said something to the office and maintenance on multiple occasions and the situation remains the same. Im tired of this because im expected to pay full rent and im not getting the services needed and expected in return.
Staff was very friendly. Let us have a key to your on our own. Shared all the information we needed! I would LOVE a reverse town home sooner than later!!
As a new resident I must say moving into here has been an absolute delight! Jeannette was wonderful and so helpful though every step of the process for me from first looking here to signing in lease and getting my keys! The apartment was in great condition when I moved in, I was even delayed a couple hours my first day so that they could replace all the carpeting in the unit since it was shabby in places.
