RecommendedVery expensive place to live. Each lease renewal they raise your rent 5% unless you go see them to convince them otherwise. Lowest they will go is 3% increase, always check if they are renting to new people cheaper (I had this happen) and they met their rate but very frustrating. They will not show you how water bill is calculated and just say it is divided factoring in apartment size and number of people living there. The community is pleasant and surrounded by top level shopping centers and restaurants. Management and Maintenance is very proactive in accommodating your needs in a timely manner. I’m overall pleased with my home.
I wish everything in life was run as efficiently and professionally as Ovaltine Court! Any minor concern is addressed swiftly and thoroughly. The grounds are kept beautifully. The staff cares about your family from your rent, to parking, to even your meal delivery (yes, they email me every time our meals arrive!). The apartment itself is comfortable, modern and walkable/ bikeable to everything. I can’t say enough good about this place and how they make life easier.
Great area upkeep and great staff. Nice part of town to be located.

Way to expensive for what you get
Love living here. We signed up for another year. Maintenance staff is awesome. Very well maintained. Love the access to the Praire Path.
