Dr. Ouwinga took sides in a child custody case and made changes to my account when I was the one that paid him. Unprofessional!
Dr. Ouwinga has a great bedside manner with his patients. My son is quite reserved and hesitant in new situations and he made him feel very comfortable. Dr. Ouwinga explains things to the parent (or caregiver) and answers questions.
We were In Escanaba visiting friends when my daughter hit her face on a slide. We contacted Dr. Ouwinga's office because 2 of her brackets came off of her front teeth. He was on vacation and came in to fix the brackets. He and his staff were AWESOME and my daughter wished we did not live so far away! We are truly thankful and appreciate everything they did!!
