Difficult to work with. Estimates do not show enough detail as to what I am getting for my money. Ask questions, no replies.
Outwest Services came out to my business and had my A/C repaired in 2 hours Dominic was super polite and explained my problem very clearly to me no up sale scams very professional I recommend this company for A/C work and I will call them for my next pluming issue as well.
Outwest Services has the best costumer service and will go above and beyond to make sure repairs are done fast and inexpensive. Any time I ever need air conditioning work done or plumbing this is the company I stand by and will alway use. Thank you so much Outwest team, you rock!
They tore my ac unit into pieces and was horrified at first but when they fixed it and put everything back the unit sounded and worked like new again. the price was very reasonable too thanx outwest keep up good work.
