We bought a sectional a few months back. My wife noticed a block of wood on the floor while cleaning. She did notice the Top portion was leaned back a bit. So we called on a Monday and within a few minutes their repaired department called to schedule a time to come repair. It is Wednesday morning and our furniture is back together like new!
