Worst customer service ever! The customer service manager is rude, condescending, passive aggressive, and ignorant! Even though they realized they made a mistake they refused to make it right! This business has the worst ethics! Do not waste your money at this business!
We ordered furniture a little over two weeks ago and yesterday was told it would be another week before it was delivered. How is this good customer service?

I was in desperate need of two matching recliners but could not get to the store. I called the showroom in Salisbury and talked to Daniel. He sent me a few pictures and talked me through his suggestions. Less than a week later I'm sitting in the most comfortable recliner I've ever had. Great price and customer service!
We recently purchased a mattress set, and power reclining sofa and loveseat. When the mattress first got to us we were not happy. It just was not what we expected. I came in and talked to Johnny. Within in a week I had another mattress that I am now pleased with. My furniture was estimated to take 6-8 weeks (because of color preference), I had it in 7 weeks and I am very pleased with it as well. Had been searching for furniture for some time after purchasing my new home. Stopped in to see Roland and his team at the store and from start to finish this team made it an excellent experience. Excellent prices, quality products, and great service are the stepping stones to success for any business and OBHF excels in all. From sitting on every sofa and loveseat in the store, to delivery and setup my purchase went without a snag. Highly recommended!
