Today workers from Outside Insight came out to complete a job. Our downspout goes into a pipe underground and it was no good. We decided to replace the pipe. Scott communicated effectively with me regarding the job, quote, and even helped with general lawn care advice. He let me know when the workers would be arriving this morning. They arrived and got started right away; by the time I got back home (I was running an errand) the new ditch was almost completely dug.
