We purchased our Four Winds Spa from Outside In Leisure. Have not been impressed with our spa since it is only 2 years old and even though it is under warranty, it has cost us hundreds of dollars in service charges. Tony the owner goes above and beyond to help us with our newly purchased money pit, and Josh is a great technician who always does a great job repairing our lemon of a hot tub. Fully recommend Outside In Leisure but cannot say the same about Four Winds.
Hot tub burned out the heater relay, called for service and they sent out what appeared to be a teenager. IN THE HURRICANE Came to my house and brought no tools, had to use mine and my fluke meter as well. Took my control box apart and couldn't find the problem so he called his office for help and they put him on hold! WHILE I WAS PAYING HIM BY THE HOUR! After I told him what was wrong he said he would have the office in Greer call me the next day with the price of the control box. Charged me $173 and did absolutely nothing!... read more

Best price and service around. Always treated with respect and will continue to refer family and friends for the quality experience my wife and I received.
My experience at Outside In was exceptional. The staff were very friendly and over the top helpful. I shopped around and the prices were the lowest at Outside In, and the quality was excellent. I would highly recommend this store if you are in the market for a spa, pool, or billiard table.
Rude! Customer service is terrible and they do NOT care about you after you buy from them! What a joke!
