Paul, the gentleman who does maintenance for Outrigger apartments is AWESOME!!! My daughter's apartment needed to have some things done. He did an excellent job. I really appreciate Paul. Thank you so very much!!!!!
My husband and I have been at Outrigger since January 2017, and we're still very happy here! The grounds are always kept up, mgmt responds to any questions, and the laundry facility is clean and the machines kept up. At least stop by if you're looking for a place. You'll be glad you did!
Alyce is absolutely wonderful. She made the moving in process as simple as possible and is the kindest and most caring woman around. She takes pride in the apartments and does her part to make sure they are kept up properly. Some reviews spout a bunch of nonsense about her being invasive, they most likely were unruly tenants or unwelcome non-tenants; she was attentive to the going-ons of the property, their issues with that are their own. Great apartments to live .Alyce is wonderful and honest to her work .they throw parties every season .under the management of alyce everything is great .i don't wanna leave these apartments if i have washer dryer in my apartment. But sad i left .i will really miss u alyce. Preet
