Chris came the day I called to inspect. Because of the nature of insurance claims, he came back out to meet with the adjuster to help, even after the adjuster didn’t show the first time, he came again! My case had extra issues in delay because of insurance claims and adjusters - even including some issues with codes. Chris, Jason, and the team were right alongside helping me with communication, submission of documentation, and went to bat for and with me.
