It is a nice place
The staff here is incredibly welcoming and kind. They maintain a calm demeanor while interacting with patients. The nurse practitioners are equally kind. Resident Dr. Rachna Tomar performed an excellent job during the screening process, and her supervisor, Dr., was incredibly kind and attentive, making her sound like a true professional. The prescriptions are tailored to meet the patients’ specific needs. Overall, this outreach community health center, in collaboration with Wisconsin Medical College, is truly outstanding.
Fourth time coming here based upon the google hours only to find note on the door and closed. Maybe you are short staffed because you have terrible customer service.
Unprofessional unreliable unresponsive long hold times receptionist maria keeps putting me on hold and sending me back to the options to choose medical dental or mental health then putting me on hold again! Stg I hate this place they don’t have nothing available for the best care to be given unprofessional can’t get ahold of no after hours nurse or physician and it’s everything about this place that’s not normal I’m switching because they cannot meet my needs!!
