Coming from SF this is genuinely shocking value. Furnished room + wifi + cleaning for $1700 in Brooklyn. In SoMa I paid $2400 for a closet with a hot plate. Outpost is objectively the right choice at this price point.

The kitchen is very well equipped, which genuinely makes everyday life easier — you don’t need to buy basic things or improvise. The common areas are practical, and the overall setup works well for daily living. Location is convenient, and the house feels organized and functional. Overall, a solid option if you want a hassle-free stay.

The apartment is comfortable, and the neighborhood is fantastic. However, the communal kitchen could use a bit more space. Still, I’d definitely recommend it for the price and location.

Overall, my living experience has been positive, except for a few days when I can't unlock the door from my phone. The room is spacious and cozy, equipped with everything I need, and the price is also satisfactory.

The apartment was bright and spacious, and I felt safe walking to the subway. People in the building were friendly too. I’m giving it 4 stars only because there were a few small maintenance issues early on, but overall it was a great stay.

I’ve been staying at the Upper Manhattan House for two months, and it’s been great so far. The natural light in my room is incredible, and the location is unbeatable for anyone who loves Harlem’s rich history and culture. Highly recommend!
