The kitchen is very well equipped, which genuinely makes everyday life easier — you don’t need to buy basic things or improvise. The common areas are practical, and the overall setup works well for daily living. Location is convenient, and the house feels organized and functional. Overall, my living experience has been positive, except for a few days when I can't unlock the door from my phone. The room is spacious and cozy, equipped with everything I need, and the price is also satisfactory.

The apartment was bright and spacious, and I felt safe walking to the subway. People in the building were friendly too. I’m giving it 4 stars only because there were a few small maintenance issues early on, but overall it was a great stay.

I’ve been staying at the Upper Manhattan House for two months, and it’s been great so far. The natural light in my room is incredible, and the location is unbeatable for anyone who loves Harlem’s rich history and culture. Highly recommend!

The Central Park House gave me exactly what I wanted: proximity to Central Park and easy access to public transit. My room was simple but bright, and the monthly cleaning service ensured everything stayed fresh. Bonus: I discovered the best bagels at Absolute Bagels just a short walk away.
