I moved into the Crown Heights House during a quick relocation for my architecture internship. It’s a cool neighborhood with some beautiful Victorian homes, which I nerd out about. The apartment itself is nice with plenty of green space, and I was lucky to snag a room with a balcony! I just wish the WiFi was a bit faster. As someone who needs to work remotely, that was a downside, but other than that, the place is solid. The proximity to Prospect Park is a big win too.

Living here was one of the best housing experiences I’ve ever had. From booking to move-out, everything went smoothly. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located, which made getting around the city so easy. They’ve really nailed down the formula for making tenants feel at home, and their support team was always there when I needed them. I’ll definitely consider coming back for future stays!

The Outpost Club spot in Greenpoint has been fantastic for my work schedule. The apartment’s amenities—like the on-site laundry and dishwasher—make life so much easier. The building is well-kept, and the team is always available if you need anything. Definitely a good find!

I’ve been staying at the Greenpoint House for about six months now, and it’s been a solid experience. The location is fantastic, just a few blocks from the waterfront and close to some really unique local spots. The neighborhood has a laid-back vibe with a mix of old and new, and the commute to my job is manageable despite the occasional hiccup with the G train. The apartment itself is cozy, though I wish the communal areas were a bit larger. Overall, it's been a good fit for me.

Nothing fabulous, but not terrible. My room had large windows and there were hardwood floors throughout, which I liked. But it was a pretty small apartment and my bedroom was right next to the kitchen, so not a lot of privacy. I paid $1,530 / month for a 5-month lease and expected there to be more amenities in the building, but there wasn't even a laundry machine. Luckily there was a laundromat close by and the location worked really well for me to be able to get to my internship.

The process was handled efficiently with professional communication and clear move-in instructions. Everything was great overall, but I noticed a few essentials were missing from my room, such as towel.

I'm quite pleased with my executive room at the Bushwick House. It's conveniently located near Pratt Institute, making my commute easy. The apartment itself is impressive—clean, with modern appliances and tasteful decor.

I had a fantastic experience at Outpost Club. The staff was excellent, and the house was modern and conveniently located, with the subway just a few blocks away. The kitchen area stood out with its new appliances and all the necessary items. My private room was beautiful and included a desk. I was amazed at how easy it was to rent a room here and how much money I saved on deposits and hookup fees. Co-living is the only option that makes sense for me in a place like New York.
