The Clark House is truly one of the prettiest apartments I’ve ever shared. Everything is clean, modern, nicely furnished, and surrounding by exposed brick and cozy/comfortable furnishings. I only have 2 other roommates and my own private bathroom. I’m very glad I chose this location for my 6 month lease :-)
Awesome apartment, close to the train. Dishwasher needed fixing pretty soon after I moved in but maintenance fixed the issue fairly quickly. It’s nice to know if I encounter any more maintenance related issues, I can trust Outpost to deliver assistance in a timely manner.
I really enjoy living here. The community is wonderful, and maintenance is quick to help. Management is friendly and understanding most of the time.
Loving Clark House! My $1,700 Executive suite with a private bathroom feels like Hogwarts with its brick walls and wooden beams, plus the commute is super easy.
Wish there was in-unit laundry but other than that, really great apartment and convenient location for my needs.
