I was very happy with my service from OutPost Air Duct Cleaning & HVAC. The crew was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. I liked that they worked fast and I was confident that they knew what they were doing. They explained the air duct cleaning process and provided pictures of their work. I'll be using this company again in the future.
Steve was very careful around all our newly painted everything. He explained in plain English what he was going to do and followed through perfectly. I knew there would be additional charges going in and was not caught off guard. I thought my final total was reasonable for what l got. I would definitely recommend this company.
Had All Clear come out and clean our dryer vent. He did a thorough job and charged us below his quote because our dryer vent was so short. He said that we wouldn’t even need future cleaning because of how short and direct the vent was. He was completely honest and straightforward, and now that we’ve moved to a new house we will be using OutPost Air Duct Cleaning & HVAC again.
After they took my money in advance, they never showed up for the job. I had to cancel and now I am working on getting a refund back. I do not recommend anyone to use this company. Shame on me for even trying, 2 rescheduled no-show appointments in 1 week. And I got ripped off $75.00
Since moving into my current home five years ago, I've never had my air ducts professionally cleaned. My kids were often ill, my family and I observed a rise in dust and pollen, and my cleaning woman suggested a deep cleaning. I phoned OutPost Air Duct Cleaning & HVAC, and they responded quickly and efficiently. I was astounded with how much dirt and debris they managed to get out of the ducts and vents.
