This facility is a small hole in the wall facility. The nurse in charge was unable to answer even then simplest questions. The Anastasiologist was not even present during the procedure with Anastasia was handled by a nurse. I had to wait 4 hours before being prepared for surgery. The prep room was tiny and dingy with little privacy as the curtains did not close probably and there was a lot of public traffic in the hallway. I have never experienced such a inept operation in my 73 years.
