I can't say enough about the kindness and care of the outpatient lab team. As a sleep deprived father of a newborn, having to go in for some extra jaundice screenings for my son was stressful and emotional. The team from the front desk (Dawn) all the way to the phlebotomist (Brandy) were so reassuring and kind. I can't say enough about the quality of people they have here. While I hope my son continues to trend well and I won't have to go back for too many more screenings, if I do, I know my family will be well taken care of... read more
Such an unorganized company of Diagnostic Centers. :-( Good luck, if you need MRI evaluation for Prostate Cancer without or with contrast. You'll chase around the Web for hours, make 100 phone calls, only to be told there's no MRI for Prostate in Dignity Health. It's insane, to hear that Gilbert Mercy Hospital has no MRI facility, or diagnostic facility, even next to a hospital? I'm not pleased with this runaround. And most phone people have no clue. :-(
