Have absolutely no equipment but 2. pt is horrible. Doctors request different therapy and they are not hands on. Waste of time. Complete shoulder replacement should have excellent pt. They do not have any equipment for shoulders. Knees etc. Huge place. All beds. Waste of time
No ultra sound machine, no neck or back decompression...no nothing maybe a hot pack. I agree with Vicky the last person who rated their physical therapy. They have garbage physical therapy. Its not the therapist, its their protocol of rehab, 2 machines at best and they arent hands on with patients its really just a waste of your time and insurance money. Ive been to better rehabs that offer better and more services and this place doesn't cut it.
My Wife has been in Physical Therapy and its been very helpful to come here and their support is excellent. Office personal always kind and attentive with a smile. Mr. Bach Lee is a compassionate and knowledgeable Therapist. Can't wait to see my wife walking with no assistance again.
This place do not focus on compassion or caring for patients wellbeing, but more like transaction to get your insurance. Sad!
Worst experience ever, I was getting treatment for a couple weeks. When I went to get my treatment I had this tall caucasian man with no personality help me with physical therapy then this other physical therapist comes she is a slender women with dark medium flowy hair. I begin to do my exercise when she starts laughing out of no where I felt weird cause I didn't know why she was laughing then she says your forearm is bigger than your calf on your leg.
