I recently had blood work done and I had to go in on three different occasions because they kept screwing up and did not do the tests my doctor ordered. They made me have to reschedule a second appointment with my rheumatologist and a third follow up only for her to inform me that Labcorp and St Joseph still had not done four of the tests. I tried to call them to get an explanation and they won't answer the phone. I arrived during the middle of their business hours and was told that they were at capacity for the day, at noon, and unless I was pre checked in, they were closed for the remainder of the day, no notification on the door of this, just that they were closed for the day as the waiting room was full. I would love to know how them being short staffed is my fault for them not being able to draw 1 vial of blood, but I can guarantee you that unless their business practices change, I will NOT allow them to touch me in any way. I'm sure they are fine, but the intake guy saw my Oregon ID and decided I was not in the system. I told him I was in Epic, and he said Oregon Epic is different. I filled out a form and was told to wait. When he came out he gave me my insurance and ID back and said I was not in the system and they would not do any labs. I went over to 23rd St lab, just around the corner, and was immediately found and had my lab taken with no paperwork, no cards, or waiting. Next time I'll open myChart on my smartphone and hand it to them.

Both their website and phone directory say open till 5pm Monday through Friday, but after I drove there arriving at 4:45pm their inside hours say open till 4pm.
