One of the downsides of getting labs post appointments, not to mention needing to make it to other appointments. Expect unbelievably long wait times, we started our wait at #7 on the list. The techs and front desk are pleasant but unable to resolve the wait times. We waited nearly 1.5 hrs to get to #1 for a 3 min. Lab draw. Now rushing to the next appointment with hopefully a quick turn around before we head home on our 2 hr. drive.
Fantastic experience today with our 3 year old get blood work done. They did a great job and were really quick, he didn't even flinch!
Ms. Laverne is a treasure—she’s incredibly skillful, patient and kind. My baby has needed monthly blood draws and Ms. Laverne has been the only phlebotomist to be able to draw blood from my baby’s tiny veins. It’s worth the drive and parking fee.
Excellent, compassionate, caring, sensitive and accurate phlebotomists consistently. Fast online results and records accessible to all Childrens hospital doctors. Very grateful.
Staffed by people who care. Clean, fast, friendly service. Love that there are weekend hours. Had a variety of great phlebotomists. Highly recommended for small kids and babies.
