0 star if I can!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is the worst place ever. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. Let me repeat, DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. I have no idea why this place is not closed down after robbing people and with so many bad reviews. I was referred by my physician to here. I have call about out of pocket expense and leave voicemail for pricing but I received 0 call back for 48 hours. At the day of service, they told me 1500 for a ultrasound at abdomen ??? I was in shock like 1500?? you can probably have 9 ultrasound done elsewhere... read more

Ignore the call you receive 24 hours before your ultrasound to pay all of it out of pocket. This feels like a scam because when you go for visit they actually give you the option to pay monthly. It’s not like we have over $2,000 just sitting around!
I thought automatic doors were safe for the elderly and young but apparently here they are not. My grandmother who is on a walker and who was going to have bloodwork done, was almost crushed by the building’s automatic door. Her walker got stuck on a rubber track in the doorway, so I was trying to help her get unstuck and into the building. Meanwhile the door started to close on her and she reached out her arm holding the door with one hand. I then had to get in between her and the door. Was referred here for an ultrasound on my kidneys and bladder. Needed to use the restroom fairly urgently (one of the symptoms that necessitated the test.) I politely requested that the technician allow me to use the restroom before the test and was told that I could after "registration." I was then led to the table while she left the room for 3-4 minutes and then proceeded with my ultrasound, despite me voicing my discomfort at pressure on my lower abdominal area when needing to urinate.
