The staff literally have you sitting in the waiting room while they have conversations. It's not right because people shouldn't have to wait over half an hour to get blood work done when there is plenty of staff and no patients. This needs to change.
They need to check thier attitude. Putting private info on a piece of paper that other patients have access to is a breech of HIPA rights. Then giving patients an attitude because they are called on it, not ok. I have been coming here for years but I am over the constant bad attitudes.
