This lab has no business being in operation whatsoever. There is absolutely no sense of urgency, and the staff make it an objective to be as rude as possible to patients while making them wait a heinous amount of time for something that only takes 2 minutes. They will have personal conversations and disappear into the back, and make you feel like you’re bothering them by being there.
The staff literally have you sitting in the waiting room while they have conversations. It's not right because people shouldn't have to wait over half an hour to get blood work done when there is plenty of staff and no patients. This needs to change.
They need to check thier attitude. Putting private info on a piece of paper that other patients have access to is a breech of HIPA rights. Then giving patients an attitude because they are called on it, not ok. I have been coming here for years but I am over the constant bad attitudes.
