Hi, I visited your salon yesterday for a face bleach service, and unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience. The service was provided by Neha. While applying and cleaning the bleach, she accidentally rotated my nose pin very roughly, which caused a lot of pain. It started bleeding immediately, and now my nose is swollen. I’m not sure why freshers are assigned such services without proper training. This kind of carelessness during a sensitive facial treatment is unacceptable. I expected professional and safe service.
I had a great experience with threading! Done by Shilpa.The process was quick, clean, and almost painless. The beautician was very gentle and shaped my eyebrows exactly how I wanted. My skin felt smooth and looked so fresh afterward. Definitely coming back!
I had a great experience with Raman! She was really very good and polite. She did my waxing and eyebrows.
Very disappointed. I came here for my eyebrows but very sad after getting the service done . An unprofessional person handled my eyebrows and trimmed it the way she feel it right . When looked at the mirror , the hair from right eyebrow was gone and my whole eyebrow was like a zig zag trail. … I am literally crying .. will be my last visit to this salon .
