I’ve been going to Outlook since 2022, but over the past year, their service quality has declined drastically. This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a salon. I called to book a hair colour appointment with Jia, and the receptionist told me they didn’t know her schedule and suggested I call another location. Been getting regular haircuts from Rohan for a long time, good service and always got good haircuts.

I had an amazing experience with Komal . She did a proper hair wash, perfect cut, and beautiful face framing that really suited my look. She is very professional and friendly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for quality salon services .
