We absolutely loved our experience with outlaw rentals. Shawn was very helpful and explained all of the rules and went over everything my husband needed to know. Even offered to exchange our golf cart if we decided we needed something bigger at any point of our stay. Contrary to some of the reviews we’ve read, we followed the rules and got our deposit back. We will definitely use outlaw rentals again.
Their review’s say it all. Absolutely do not rent from these clown’s, they will try to extra charge you for everything.Just ask the local’s how they are.
Worst quality bikes , out of the 3 me and my friend rented , ones kick stand broke and it fell and then they refused to give me my deposit back, the second one the throttle cable snapped ( yup no refund there) and this one we’re trying to deal with right now won’t even turn over , I would never recommend renting from here out of your safety , and for the fact they give u a messed up bike and blame it on you when you return it
