Absolutely unacceptable and wildly unprofessional. We rented a golf cart from this company and were shocked to discover it had been removed from our rental property a day and a half early; without notice, explanation, or permission. At first, we thought it had been stolen. We wasted hours of our vacation searching and making phone calls, only to be told two hours later that the company had mistakenly picked up our cart instead of someone else’s. Watch the fine print. We had so many things go wrong and bit our tongues. From them trying to deliver it when we said we would pick it up. They tried to deliver when we weren't home so we went up there and there were issues so we caved to the delivery (yes they waived the delivery fee) but then it was the wrong golf cart... we went with it. We were told the wrong price by one person. Told we would have 48 hours by person over the phone. Asked the person at the shop because he had 2 different signs. Poor communication. Asked to rent from the closest outlaw rental to our hotel since we flew & didn’t have a car & had to walk & they sent us to the one 30 minutes away. Had to pay for the whole day when we picked up at 6pm, then it is to be returned by 10am the last day. Just overall bad experience & expensive.
Crooks keep your head on a swivel.. nice rental though! They’ll do about anything for your deposit!
