Bought a quad here, Im from out of town so I dealt with Brenna on the phone and email and got the deal done. Walked in, signed papers, they loaded me up and I was gone. Smooth as butter. Brenna was awesome; helped from step one to strapping the quad into my truck. Everyone else in the dealership were also super pleasant, thank you for an enjoyable experience.

Best service ever. We were from out of town in Merritt at an atv meet up. Only to realize our side by side had a misfire issue after unloading. The shop was kind enough to take us first thing the next morning. Our issue was fixed in less than a hour. Everyone was super kind. We are from Princeton and for now on we will only be using this shop for future purchases and service.
Booked the bike in for tires and oil and made an appointment 3 weeks out, the night before the appointment they call and say the back tire wasn't in, meanwhile I had booked my ferry to head to Vancouver Island for the summer working so I ate the ferry ticket cost and had to buy a flight so needless to say my bike sits at home hardly ridden and it'll be September before I can actually get the tires and oil done. Think twice before doing buisness with Outlaw, my riding season was ruined.
I was in for regular service on my bike and everyone was very friendly and helpful. They let me hang out and offered me coffee and had a vending machine if i wanted a snack. I was there for over an hour and the staff interactions with customers were very positive. The made themselves available and answered questions and gave advice. I liked my time there and the service and checkup went smooth and well.
