The owner of outlaw automotive, Jessie, has earned the upmost respect in my book as a business owner. He’s honest, respectful and has a huge heart! On top of that he takes care of anyone who joins the outlaw family. We love our 2021 Santa Fe we purchased and have had 0 issues with it. Thank you Jessie and of course our salesman Brad. You both rock!
I co-signed for a vehicle 3/31/23 and the car broke down permanently on 5/16/23 after my daughter put down $2,000. When she tell you the Outlaws really rigged that car up and did not care after numerous calls made to them and excuses of the damage known about this car. Aldo, they refused to respond to my complaint with the BBB. My daughter and I are stuck with a lemon and this car requires $4,420.00 worth of repairs that the warranty covers none of it! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
The best of Sumter honest people great vehicles
Honestly, my husband and I pulled into this lot just LOOKING for a truck to pull our food trailer and (unexpectedly) we pulled off the lot with a newer Ford F-150!! The folks who helped us were Aaron, Josh and Tammie. They were all so very nice and made us feel comfortable. They also helped us get into an affordable payment we felt good about. I highly recommend them if you want a nice vehicle and smooth, easy process! Thanks guys!!!
This place is awful. Never had I been so disgusted. The service is awful and they sold me a lemon and lied to me several times. Please don't waste your money with these crooks
