Just got my shed delivered today. Early I might add. Additionally they kept me in mind due to rain. I am very pleased with the whole process of buying my shed. Rick was very informative helpful and reassuring. He took the time to explain in detail the whole process, what to expect and how everything would happen. I have a very challenging yard. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The on-site storage pods were an incredible convenience, and their pricing was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend Outhouse Storage and would use them again.
EXTREMELY POOR customer service! An owner or employee of the business was rude, unwilling to assist, and condescending about it. There is NEVER a need to speak to anyone as if they are not capable of understanding, unless you believe otherwise. As an educated and intelligent person, I take offense in being spoken down to. The only ignorant person during our conversation was him. He seemed racist. Unless you approve of his behavior, my advice is to find another business to give your money to. Very poor customer service! If you're looking to get a shed or shed moved, contact Pine Creek Structures and they will hook you up for a fraction of the cost, no excuses given.
